Lefteris Lazarou is cooking in Patras, Greece …
fish grown with care!
The famous Greek Chef Lefteris Lazarou is going to cook delicious and novel recipies with aquaculture products giving the opportunity to taste unique food with excellent cultured fish from the greek seas.
The event is part of the ''fish grown with care'' campaign which is launched by the Enterprise Greece SA, aiming to approach many and variable target groups in order to introduce them the high nutritional value of the cultured seabass and seabream.
on Wednesday 1st April, 2015 there will be an event at AIGLI - VESO MARE, at 13:00-15:00 for the chefs and at 19:00- 21:00 for parents and students of Patras.
On Thursday 2nd of April 2015 there will be an event at ΙΕΚ ΑΚΜΗ at 10:00-12:00 for the student chefs.
Nutritionist Ms Varvara Karmiri will inform the students about the high nutritional value of the aquacultured fish of the MEditerrannean.
The program is funded by the EPAL 2007-2013
